納米激光粒度儀采用動態光散射原理，其測試方法具有不破壞、不干擾納米顆粒體系原有狀態的特點，從而保證了測試結果的真實性和有效性。采用此原理保證了以下六點性能。
The principle of dynamic light scattering is adopted in nanometer laser particle size analyzer. The test method has the characteristics of not destroying or interfering with the original state of the nanoparticle system, thus ensuring the authenticity and validity of the test results. Using this principle, the following six properties are guaranteed.
第一、大動態范圍高速光子相關器：采用專利技術設計的光子相關器，以高、低速通道搭配的結構，有效解決了硬件資源與通道數量之間的矛盾，實現了1010的動態范圍，并保證了相關函數基線的穩定性。
First, large dynamic range and high speed photon correlator using photon correlator design patent technology, the structure of high and low speed channel collocation, effectively solve the contradiction between the amount of hardware resources and channels, to achieve a dynamic range of 1010, and to ensure the stability of the baseline correlation function.
第二、反演算法優：采用擬合累積反演法和基于V-曲線判斷準則的正則化算法反演顆粒粒徑及其粒度分布，使測量結果的準確度和重復性均小于1%。
Second, the optimal inversion algorithm: the optimal fitting cumulative inversion method based on V- curve and determine the regularization algorithm of particle size and particle size distribution standards, accuracy and repeatability of the measurement result is less than 1%.
第三、抗噪能力強：采用小波消噪技術，解決了散射光強較低時，噪聲過大對測量結果的影響。

第四、穩定的光路系統：采用恒溫532nm固態激光光源和單模保偏光纖技術搭建而成的光路系統，保證了光子相關光譜測量系統的穩定性和準確度。

第五、高精度溫控系統：基于半導體制冷裝置，采用自適應PID控制算法，使溫度控制精度達±0.1℃。
